This 1-800-273-8255 number will be changed to 988 by July 2022.

That’s why Avera offers the Farm and Rural Stress Hotline where you can talk to one of our skilled, compassionate mental health professionals and trust them to help you navigate whatever you’re experiencing – such as symptoms or signs of anxiety or depression.

    Trans Lifeline’s Hotline is a peer support phone service run by trans people for our trans and questioning peers. Call if you need someone trans to talk to, even if you’re not in crisis or if you’re not sure you’re trans. The Hotline is open 24/7, but operating at reduced capacity.
