We teach about mental health, resilience, and suicide prevention to a variety of audiences. We can also connect you with training sessions offered by other organizations if that works better for your location or your needs.
While not everyone may experience a mental health condition or suicidal ideation, many of us have been touched by these topics, either in ourselves or in people we care about. Plus, we all may experience poor mental health and difficult emotions at times. The more we understand about mental health and the more we incorporate mental health, resilience, and suicide prevention education into our communities, the more lives we can improve.
