Workplace Resilience Index

Partnering with you to create a mental health action plan for your workplace.

The Workplace Resilience Index (WRI) is a partnership-driven tool created by Lost&Found that assesses the suicide prevention capacity of workplaces and their communities; identifies areas of strength in prevention; and recommends programs, policies, and resources that can reduce suicide risk.

What is the Workplace Resilience Index?

The WRI provides 50 comprehensive indicators and 5 outcome measurements built to help workplaces understand their efforts to improve employee wellness, mental health, and suicide prevention efforts.

These indicators and measures were built on the Center for Disease Control’s seven evidence-based suicide prevention strategies that are tailored to workplace wellbeing:

Strengthening economic support
Promoting connectedness
Creating protective environments
Teaching coping and problem-solving skills
Identifying and supporting students at risk
Strengthening access and delivery of suicide prevention resources
Lessening harms and preventing future risk

After reviewing these indicators, Lost&Found professionals work alongside your team to implement an annual action plan that is measurable and meets the needs of your employees.

The WRI is intended to be repeated annually to evaluate success, continue to measure progress, and take comprehensive action to improve employee wellbeing.

Lost&Found partners with workplaces in three-year terms, helping them review their indicators and action plan success each year while working side-by-side to meet workplace needs.
