Senior Research and Evaluation Specialist
Cody is particularly interested in data analysis regarding program and policy change for traditionally underrepresented communities. He works on a variety of research and evaluation projects at Lost&Found, where he is excited to use data to tell the stories of the organizations and people he is working with.
He previously worked at a Family Medicine Residency Clinic in app support and data collection. While working at Lost&Found, he received his MPH from the University of North Dakota, specializing in Population Health Research and Analytics.
Cody has been involved with various non-profit work in Sioux Falls, including Sioux Falls Pride, where he organized the first Pride Parade, and Pathways to Inclusive and Equitable Workplaces, where he chairs the Sioux Falls Voices program. Cody enjoys spending his free time reading, watching movies, and being in nature. He lives with his partner, Josh, and their dog, Cooper, in downtown Sioux Falls.
