Bailey Froelich

Bailey grew up in Hazen, North Dakota, and graduated from Hazen High School in 2022. She is currently a sophomore at Black Hills State University in Spearfish, South Dakota, studying Business Administration with an emphasis in Human Resource Management. Bailey has years of experience in various business environments including banks, higher education, and entrepreneurship, as well as other leadership roles outside of the workplace. Bailey is currently the Student Body and Student Senate Vice President at BHSU. Beyond student government, she is also involved in many other student organizations as well as on-campus work studies. 

She is excited to be working for an organization that gives support to students to keep them going. “I understand more than anyone how important it is for students to feel safe, nurtured, and cared for in their current environment,” Bailey said. 

Outside of school and work, Bailey enjoys spending time with friends, eating ice cream, listening to and playing music, practicing yoga, reading murder mysteries, weight training, and spending as much time as possible outside. She has been to 20 states so far and has made it her mission in life to go to all 50.
