Anna Hyronimus grew up in Brandon, SD and attended the University of South Dakota (Go Yotes!) with majors in Economic and Spanish. Anna was an active campus leader at USD, serving Kappa Alpha Theta as its President and accepting a Fulbright scholarship to Mexico City, Mexico for a year following her undergraduate career. Anna has brought that experience, energy, and professionalism to Lost & Found’s Board of Directors since 2015.
“I believe L&F creates a safe space for college students to be vulnerable and open about their struggles, and hopefully, by sharing their struggles, they realize they aren’t alone. Human connection is a powerful thing, and I believe L&F is one of the best conduits to real, raw human connection on our college campuses.”
Anna’s professional endeavors outside of L&F have taken her to the renewable energy sector, most recently serving the U.S. State Department’s Energy Bureau and RENEW Energy Maintenance as a Business Analyst. In addition, she is pursuing her MBA from Indiana University and will graduate in May 2018. Her and her husband, James, currently reside in Germany and South Carolina.
