Dr. Kimberly A. Grieve, PhD, received her Doctorate in Leadership in Higher Education and Master’s degree in Education from the University of Toledo and her Bachelor of Arts degree in Education from Michigan State University. She possesses over 25 years of experience both in Student Life and Academic Affairs. She currently serves as the Vice President of Student Services and Dean of Students at the University of South Dakota.
“We are fortunate to have such a respected student affairs and academic leader on our team,” says President Erik Muckey. “Dr. Grieve will elevate L&F’s capacity to provide trusted solutions and advising to student and academic affairs teams seeking to improve campus mental health outcomes.”
Student wellness, safety and success are her first priority. She understands and supports the importance of creating an inclusive environment for all students that integrates both learning experiences in and out of the classroom. Dr. Grieve has a passion for serving students and watching them grow and prosper.
